Starting the Test and Verification of HSMT Chip Products
To thoroughly implement the national deployment related to the construction of the automotive chip standards system, promote the industrialization and application of HSMT standards, establish a healthy estate ecosystem for product-level interconnectivity of HSMT chips, and foster high-quality development of HSMT chip products, the Automotive Chip HSMT Working Group of the China Automotive Chip Standard Testing and Certification Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "HSMT Working Group") has officially launched the testing and verification of HSMT chips.
The testing and verification processes are conducted strictly in accordance with the HSMT series standards and specifications, covering two major categories: HSMT video chips and HSMT audio chips. The testing focuses on dimensions such as the functionality, performance, anti-interference capability, reliability, and application of HSMT chips. It provides scientific, comprehensive, authoritative, objective, and professional technical support and testing assurance for the implementation of HSMT chips by OEMs and Tier 1 enterprises.
For chip products that pass this testing and verification, the HSMT Working Group will issue official verification certificates uniformly. Relevant information about the certificates will be published on the official website of the HSMT Working Group for industry stakeholders to query and verify, thereby enhancing the market recognition of the verified products and promoting coordinated development across the upstream and downstream of the industry chain.
We now sincerely invite all members of the Alliance to participate in this HSMT chip testing and verification. Together, we can work to continuously improve the HSMT standard ecosystem, strengthen the core competitiveness of high-speed transmission chips for vehicles, and jointly build a safe, reliable, and efficient HSMT industry ecosystem, contributing to the high-quality development of the automotive chip industry.
